Return & Exchange Policy

For sanitary reasons, we will not be able to accept any unused portions of product back. We do not offer refunds, however in certain circumstances we can make accommodations and offer an opportunity to make our customers happy. For example, we will not ship out a product until we make sure it meets our company's standards. If by chance an eyeshadow pallet or single shadow arrives broken, rest assure it was not shipped out that way. We package securely and with love, so if by chance it becomes broken in transit, please contact us immediately via email.
